Location: IMA Public Gallery – The Island Mountain Arts Public Gallery is partially accessible, as the venue includes a level entrance or ramp access to enter but lacks an accessible washroom.
This workshop for under-represented* artists from any medium who want to talk about:
- Creating sustainable, connection-focused art practices.
- Expanding their artistic outreach to new cities, countries and/or communities.
- Setting goals and creating work while collaborating with and supporting other under-represented artists.
- Fostering supportive artistic relationships and arts scenes.
- Funding art projects from diverse sources.
Rae will share some of their artistic history/dreams for the future and lead a generative discussion that highlights information the participants are most interested in.
