Danny Bell and His Disappointments play western-folk-psych-punk. They live on unceded Lhedli T’enneh Territory in Northern British Columbia. Exclaim! Magazine called their last full-length album an “anti capitalist, anti-elitist, anti-asshole folk record for small moments in small places.” Danny’s music is regional. It’s steeped in his affection for his home in the hinterland, a blue collar town, the stink of the pulp mill, and everyday life in Northern BC.
