In this workshop you will move through a method of creating art in a consciously somatic way.
A space to place some of your thoughts.
A drop off for the itchy bits left in the back of your mind, waiting to come out.
This art practice is rooted in connecting the loose thoughts floating around in your mind’s view while taking pressure away from creating with a destination in mind.
This workshop is pay-what-you-can and all ages are welcome. We will have paper and writing implements, but if you have a sketchbook you like to use, it would be most welcome!
