After a month on the road touring our Culinary Collaboration series in the Cariboo, we’re bringing it home to Wells! Following three fantastic sold-out events in Quesnel and Prince George, we’re excited to offer a 4th opportunity to enjoy this special series this spring.
Taste of Mexico: Cinco de Mayo is a unique food and beverage event featuring a six-part food tasting menu served with a three-part drink pairing (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available). It’s a journey of flavour, discovery, and community, and a celebration of food culture around the world. Our homage to Mexico holds a special place in our cook Jillian’s heart; think of it as her culinary love letter to a country she keeps coming back to.
The Menu:
* Hors d’ouevre: ceviche in endive
* Soup: pozole rojo
* Appetizer: tostada con carne
* Salad: esquites
* Main: pork al pastor with rice and black bean mole
* Dessert: tres leches cake
*IMPORTANT* this is a set menu event. Substitutions and alternatives to the food menu will not be available.

The Price: $60 per person
Tickets are limited and available for purchase online or at the Wells Hotel. The Hotel is offering 25% off rooms for out-of-town guests for the evening.
