DESCRIPTION:The Wells Barkerville Community Forest (WBCF) is looking for a logo that will be used for all digital and print material. \nGuidelines\n• The logo MUST be original work of the submitter.\n• The logo should be able to be rendered in B&W and Full Colour.\n• The logo may be created using pencils\, crayons\, markers\, and paint\, but no 3D materials such as glitter or stickers. Also\, the logo may be made with a computer drawing program\, but of course all images must be original.\n• The logo should be simple and abstract\, not be complicated or confusing\, and all elements must be discernible when reproduced in smaller sizes.\n• The logo submitted in this form must be in a file size no larger than 100MB.\n• You can submit up to 5 files in this form. But all files must be of the same logo.\n(Ex: one file in B&W and one in Full Colour)\n• All file types are accepted\, but the winning logo design must be able to be reformatted to suite the needs of the WBCF. \nSubmissions\nSubmissions open: January 21\, 2019\nSubmissions close: February 28\, 2019\nWinner Announced: March 18\, 2019\nParticipation: The competition is open to the Wells\, Barkerville\, Bowron Lake\, and Troll\nJudging: A committee that is comprised of: The WBCF Board and 2 Representatives from the District of Wells Council \nCopyright Assignment: The Wells Barkerville Community Forest will acquire ownership of the winning logo by assignment of copyright\, and the winning designer will disclaim any trademarks and without limitation all other rights related to the design (Official Entry Form Required). DESCRIPTION:Frugal February is a community-based approach to financial health and a friendly competition to save money. Friends and neighbours gather each week to share their goals\, challenges\, and tips on managing money through a series of simple exercises. There are prizes each week! Anyone can join but the activities are recommended for ages 14+ Your financial information is completely confidential and will not be shared with the group. \nFrugal February is facilitated by Jillian Merrick\, who worked as a business coach and economist\, and volunteered her time teaching financial literacy to high school students before she moved to Wells. \nIn Week 1\, we will be learning how to create a basic budget and starting the Food Cost Challenge \nIn Week 2\, we will cover tips for low-cost activities and be start  the Fun-for-Free Challenge \nIn Week 3\, we will cover tips for household expenses and start  the Basic Bills Challenge \nIn Week 4\, we will cover debt-management and saving strategies and start the Better Banking Challenge \nIn Week 5\, we will gather together to wrap up the series and celebrate our successes \n  \nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:Frugal February is a community-based approach to financial health and a friendly competition to save money. Friends and neighbours gather each week to share their goals\, challenges\, and tips on managing money through a series of simple exercises. There are prizes each week! Anyone can join but the activities are recommended for ages 14+ Your financial information is completely confidential and will not be shared with the group. \nFrugal February is facilitated by Jillian Merrick\, who worked as a business coach and economist\, and volunteered her time teaching financial literacy to high school students before she moved to Wells. \nIn Week 1\, we will be learning how to create a basic budget and starting the Food Cost Challenge \nIn Week 2\, we will cover tips for low-cost activities and be start  the Fun-for-Free Challenge \nIn Week 3\, we will cover tips for household expenses and start  the Basic Bills Challenge \nIn Week 4\, we will cover debt-management and saving strategies and start the Better Banking Challenge \nIn Week 5\, we will gather together to wrap up the series and celebrate our successes \n  \nQuestions?
