Bloomsday in Barkerville

Barkerville Historic Town & Park 14301 Hwy 26 E., Barkerville, BC, Canada

Every June for many years, the Prince George Celtic Club has traveled to Barkerville to celebrate Bloomsday, a commemoration and celebration of the life of Irish writer James Joyce. Club members share readings from Irish literature, songs and tunes from Ireland, and even a wee dance or two. All are welcome to join the celebrations!
