A culinary collaboration that is sure to rock your Sunday!\nTaste of Lunar New Year is a food pop-up event featuring a six-part food tasting menu prepared by the Wells Hotel along with a six-part drink pairing curated by Barkerville Brewing (non-alcoholic options also available). For this event\, we celebrate the Lunar New Year to honour the rich Chinese history of the Cariboo Region. \nThe Menu:\n葱油饼 Scallion Pancake\n凉面 Cold Noodle Salad\n酸辣汤 Hot and Sour Soup\n燒賣 Shrimp and Pork Dumpling\n北京烤鸭 Peking Duck\n芒果布甸 Mango Pudding \nCelebrate the Year of the Horse with a food experience that makes for a great date night\, or get together with friends. The horse brings:\n⭐️Strength & endurance: moving forward even when the road is hard\n⭐️Freedom & independence: living authentically\, guided by instinct\n⭐️Momentum & rebirth: change that isn’t quiet\, but powerful. \nThe Horse year is about trusting motion\, not perfection.\nIt’s about carrying life\, dreams\, and legacy forward even when you don’t yet see the full path.
